Nano Bonded Castables represent a breakthrough in refractory technology, completely eliminating calcium aluminate cement and relying on a colloidal silica or nano-alumina binder. This "cement-free" approach completely changes the drying and heating profile.

Because there is no chemically bound water from cement hydration, our Nano Bonded Castables can be heated much more rapidly without the risk of explosive spalling.
