Cement Kiln Refractories

Cement Kiln Refractories form the critical protective barrier inside the massive rotary kilns used to produce cement clinker at temperatures exceeding 1450°C.

The burning zone requires advanced Magnesia-Spinel or Magnesia-Zirconia bricks that provide excellent coating adherence (to form a protective clinker layer) while remaining flexible enough to withstand kiln shell deformation. For the transition and preheating zones, our alkali-resistant, high-alumina bricks prevent chemical attack and ring formation, ensuring uninterrupted cement production.
